Important Notes
- All fees include access to conference sessions, professional workshop, coffee breaks, and lunch on event days.
- Visitor and Media categories are are only permitted to enter the Exhibition and Knowledge Hub areas..
- Seats for Conference participants are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Confirmation will be sent via email once registration and payment are verified.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be submitted to Organizer in writing.
- Please note that any bank transfer or transaction fees related to payments or refunds will be borne by the participant.
- Refunds will be paid by bank transfer 14 working days after request received and verified.
- From 7 working days before the event onwards: 100% cancellation fee applies.
- From 14 to 7 working days before the event: 75% cancellation fee applies.
- From 30 to 14 working days before the event: 25% cancellation fee applies.
